01Scope & provider

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “the user”) and the provider of Void Client:

By purchasing a license, creating an account or using Void Client you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the software. Where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you rights beyond these Terms, those rights remain unaffected.

02The product

Void Client is a modification (“mod”) for Minecraft: Java Edition built on the Fabric loader. It adds an in-game interface, visual and gameplay modules, themes, cosmetics and configuration tools. The currently supported game version is listed on the website.

Void Client is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. You need a valid copy of Minecraft: Java Edition to use it. Features and supported versions may change over time; lists and previews on the website are illustrative and not a guarantee of specific features.

03License grant

Upon payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Void Client on devices you own or control, for the license period you purchased.

You may not:

Any breach of this section ends your license immediately without refund.

04Account, license key & hardware binding

Access to Void Client requires a valid license bound to your account and to the hardware you activate it on. A license is limited to [N] active device(s) at the same time. Hardware changes may require a reset, which you can request via support; we may limit the number of resets to prevent abuse.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and license key confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your key has been compromised.

05Prices, payment & subscriptions

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider [e.g. Stripe / PayPal / Sellix]; their terms apply to the payment itself.

Monthly plan. The Monthly plan is a subscription that renews automatically every month at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remainder of a billing period.

We may change prices for future billing periods. Subscribers are notified by e-mail at least 14 days before a price change takes effect and may cancel before it applies.

06Lifetime license

The Lifetime license is a one-time payment that grants access to Void Client, including all future updates and versions we publish, for the lifetime of the product. “Lifetime” refers to the period during which Void Client is actively developed and distributed by us, not to the lifetime of the purchaser.

Should we permanently discontinue Void Client, Lifetime licenses remain valid for the last released version for as long as our license servers are operated, and we will make reasonable efforts to keep the last version usable. Lifetime licenses are not subject to renewals, price increases or recurring charges.

07Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

If you did not give this consent, you may withdraw within 14 days by sending a clear statement (e.g. an e-mail) to the address in section 1. We refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal using the original payment method.

08Refunds & chargebacks

Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, all sales are final. We may, at our sole discretion, grant a refund if the software cannot be made to work on a supported setup after our support has tried to help you.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support results in immediate termination of all your licenses. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks.

09Discount codes

Discount codes are applied at checkout, are limited to one code per order and cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retroactively. Prices shown on the website after entering a code are a preview; the final price is confirmed at checkout. We may revoke codes that are leaked, abused or issued by mistake at any time.

10Acceptable use

You agree to use Void Client only in ways that are lawful in your jurisdiction. You must not use it to harass, defraud or harm other players, to disrupt game services, or to infringe the rights of others, and you must not use it in a way that exposes us to legal claims under Mojang's or Microsoft's applicable terms.

11Third-party servers & bans

Many multiplayer servers prohibit modifications like Void Client. Using it on a server you do not own may violate that server's rules and lead to temporary or permanent bans, including account bans by the game publisher.

You use Void Client entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for bans, loss of accounts, in-game items, progress or other consequences arising from your use of the software. Bans are not grounds for a refund.

12Intellectual property

Void Client, its code, design, themes, name and logo are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws and remain our property. These Terms grant you a license to use the software; they do not transfer any ownership. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. We are not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft or the Fabric project.

13Warranty & availability

We aim to keep Void Client working with the supported game version and to keep the license servers online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every game update, mod combination or hardware, or that the software is free of defects.

Statutory warranty rights for consumers remain unaffected. For business customers the software is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

14Limitation of liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product-liability law.

For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible at all and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely), and then only for the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Any other liability for slight negligence is excluded. In no event is our total liability towards you higher than the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

15Termination

You may stop using Void Client at any time and cancel a subscription as described in section 5. We may suspend or terminate your license immediately if you breach these Terms, attempt to bypass licensing, initiate a chargeback, or use the software unlawfully. Sections 12 to 18 survive termination.

16Privacy

To operate the license system we process your e-mail address, account identifier, purchase records, a hashed hardware identifier of the devices you activate, and technical logs (IP address, timestamps, client version) required to authenticate and protect the service. We do not sell personal data.

Full details, legal bases, retention periods and your rights under the GDPR are described in our Privacy Policy [add a privacy page and link it here].

17Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the product, the law or our business. Material changes are announced on the website and, for subscribers, by e-mail at least 14 days before they take effect. If you continue to use Void Client after that date you accept the new Terms; if you do not agree you may cancel before they apply.

18Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Germany / your country], excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you habitually reside also apply.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
